[INTERNSHIP 2025]-Sustainability Intern

Job Description 

In this role, you will be a supporting in HEINEKEN Vietnam sustainability strategy and reporting. 

From this internship, you will be able to: 

• Learn about what is sustainability and its role in business performance from one of leading companies. 

• Learn how to manage and engage with both internal and external stakeholders to drive company’s sustainability strategy and delivery. 

• Participate and expand your sustainability network and build relationships for your future employment in sustainability, one of fastest growing jobs. 

• Motivate to expand your capability boundary as the better you perform the bigger impact you create. 

Your job will cover, but not be limited to: 

• Be a coordinator in implementing a sustainability awareness-building program for relevant internal and external stakeholders. 

• Arrange and manage logistics (contract, payment, design, production, etc…) as required for sustainability awareness-building activities. 

• Be a coordinator in collecting, tracking, reporting, sustainability data and information assurance, report & communication. 

• Collaborate with the communication team for sustainability communication. 

• Develop slide decks to update and share Sustainability data and stories. 

• Coordinate with relevant sections for employee engagement initiatives relating to sustainability programs. 

Job requirements (Based on HEINEKEN Behaviours) 

• DELIVER: Proven high quality of work during university study or extracurricular activities. Experience in social or environmental projects is a plus. 

• CONNECT: Excellent English written communication and be able to communicate in clear manner 

• SHAPE: Demonstrate curiosity, independent thinking and proactiveness 

• DEVELOP: Embrace learning & growth, open to feedback & continuous improvement. 

• OTHER OFFICE SKILLS: 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

• Design skill (Canva, AI, Ps), Video editing (Capcut).
