External Affairs/Government Relations
Supporting Head of C&CA to
Maintain and enhance relationship with governmental agencies, contact/engage with governmental partners to support business needs when required.
Engage with relevant industry associations to support business agenda, lisence to operate, and advocate for enabling policies
Prepare and submit governmental awards as per request./regulations
Support to draft, prepare required documents, letters, agreement, contracts, report related to external affairs/government relations/partnership scope as per request.
Co-organize corporate events/activities/campaigns in cooperation with government partners.
Support in other external engagement activities as per request
Partnership:
Manage and facilitate strategic corporate partnership between Unilever and key governmental partners, external stakeholders to implement CSR programs focusing on improving people’s health and well-being (school children
development, women empowerment, disease prevention, hygiene & sanitation (etc). Engage and support brands to integrate with strategic partnership.
Detailed responsibilities:
Coordinate/contact with government partners to align and drive program design and implementation
Consult brand teams on building programs, identify objectives, define targeted audience, program mechanism, external partners, workplan, expected outcome, KPI and evaluation
Draft contract/agreement on partnership programs with external partners.
Ensure all required contract/agreements completed and payment made timely and properly.
Ensure and monitor project execution by government partners and brands,
tracking progress periodically and get report.
Input project data, track project results and report, store projects report, photos, videos
Charitable Donations/Products sponsorship
Lead all products donation and charitable activities, including emergency relief campaigns after natural disasters (flood, storms…), regular product support activities for charitable centers and product sponsorship for government partners as per request.
Administrative support
Track, monitor budget
Report consolidation
Travels arrangement
Events/meeting organization
Other activities as per business request by head of department
Requirements
Bachelor degree, preferably in Corp Relation, international trade
Good understanding and experience in Corporate and Government Affairs working well with multi-stakeholders, cross-functional teams
Strong in social networking, partnership facilitation
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
Well-organized, Work independently, strong ownership
Experience in logistics/Administrative tasks, budget controlling
