COMMUNICATIONS INTERN AT SANOFI

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support to manage and frequently update the Sanofi owned digital channels (website, intranet, internal social platforms), for both internal and external communication channels.

• Develop creative assets (infographics, graphics, e-newsletter, POSM…) which can be leveraged to promote the internal and external communication campaigns.

• Develop videos to enhance the corporate’s messages to internal and external audience.

• Support on the logistics and execution for the events including employee engagement activities as well as the CSR activities.

• Develop the content and digital assets to recap the events mentioned above.

• Other responsibilities not listed above as requested by the Head of Communications and the Communications Manager

Requirements (education background and needed competencies)

• University degree, graduated in Marketing/Communication/Public Relations preferred

• Effective communication skills: Good sense of Vietnamese, Fluent in English

• Basic knowledge of design software: Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Abode Premiere/After Effect, and/or other movie maker tools

• Independent, ambitious, highly motivated, organized and proactive.

• Working full day from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) in 6 months.
